The Green Township Board of Trustees meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Administration & Community building located at 12184 Lisbon Road to conduct Township business. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend all meetings. A public comment/question period is included in all regular meetings. Special meetings are posted a minimum of 24 hours in advance on the Town Hall doors and the main entrance to the Administration & Community building. All legal notices are published in The Salem News, a paper of general circulation in Green Township. The trustees oversee all departments of the Township and appoint all department officials.

The elected officials of Green Township are elected to 4 year terms:
Trustees Mark Stepuk and George Toy are currently serving terms expiring on December 31, 2025.
Trustee Randy Chismar is currently serving a term expiring on December 31, 2027.
Lastly, Fiscal Officer David Slagle is currently serving a term expiring on March 31, 2028.
